She is a nurse on an Oncology and Hematology floor in the Nebraska Medical Center. This is one of her previous Cancer patients who is now in remission thankfully.
Janine decided to shave her head to raise money for the cause and to raise awareness.
This is her probably wondering what have I done!? Or perhaps she is gloating that she will not have to use her blow dryer for a long time.

I can't believe she did it! Props to her, your sister has guts...and no vanity. I wish I had that sort of committment to such a good cause. Good thing she's got such a pretty face.
